My name is Linda Nel and I’m the owner / principal of Linnel Real Estate.  I have been in the Real Estate since January 1994, when I joined my previous company. I won numerous awards over a nine year period as Top Selling, Top Listing and Overall Agent of the year many times.

In March 2002, I started my own company, Linnel Real Estate.  We specialize in all sectors of the Residential market. Residential Homes, Sectional Title (Flats, Duplex’s, Simplex’s etc), Clusters, Residential Estates, Vacant Stands, plots, as well as new developments. We also sell commercial properties.

Linnel Real Estate is part of a huge property network system called RNS (Residential Network System).  Apart from our sole and exclusive mandates, and advertised properties we have approximately 700 properties on our portfolio at any given time.  We arrange for finances and have an in-depth knowledge of the property industry in Boksburg. We assist buyers and sellers through the whole transaction from qualifying our clients, listening to their needs, selecting and showing the appropriate properties, concluding a successful sale to arranging finances etc. We advise our clients through the transfer process at the lawyers up to registration and occupation dates.
